We don't sell your data. We never have, and we never will.
We collect minimal information. Server logs (for security and uptime), and aggregated page-view counts through Google Analytics 4.
You can opt out. GA4 offers a built-in opt-out mechanism; see the Rights section below for the link.
This is a read-only site. We never ask you for an email address, a name, or an account. If you write to us voluntarily, that email stays in our inbox and is not shared.
Server logs. Our hosting provider and CDN (Cloudflare) record standard request logs — timestamp, request URL, IP address, user agent string, and HTTP response code. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and uptime monitoring.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to count page views and estimate traffic levels. GA4 uses cookies and browser fingerprinting to deduplicate visitors. You can opt out of GA4 at any time — see the Rights section.
Inbound email. If you email us at corrections@powerspecshub.com, requests@powerspecshub.com, or hello@powerspecshub.com, we receive your email, your email address, and whatever you put in the body. This is stored only in our email inbox.
Session cookies. Small, short-lived browser cookies used to remember basic state like whether you've opened the search modal or visited a page. These contain no personally identifying information and expire when your browser closes.
GA4 cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets _ga, _ga_*, and related cookies to measure sessions and visitors. See the cookie table below for details.
No advertising cookies. We do not set advertising-targeting cookies on this site.
Collected information is used only to improve the site's content, reliability, and security. Specifically:
No collected information is used for advertising targeting, sold to third parties, or combined with external datasets.
Two third-party services process data on our behalf:
Google Analytics 4: user-level data is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted. Aggregate counts are retained indefinitely.
Server logs: rotated within 30 days.
Inbound email: kept as long as it is still relevant (typically a few weeks to a few months for ongoing corrections), then deleted.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to object to or restrict its processing.
GA4 opt-out: Google provides a browser opt-out plugin for Google Analytics. Installing it prevents GA4 from collecting page-view data from your browser across all sites that use GA4.
Requests: Email hello@powerspecshub.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request". Include as much detail as possible about which data you're referring to. We respond within 30 days.
This site is a technical reference. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children. No content on this site is directed at children.
We update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes are noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
